Tydy is looking for a Business Analyst with good years of experience in analyzing business processes,identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions that drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and propose solutions
- Conduct research and analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights to improve business performance
- Develop project plans and lead project teams to ensure timely delivery of projects
- Define and document business processes and procedures, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions
- Develop and deliver presentations to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Create and maintain documentation related to project requirements, design, testing, and implementation
- Continuously monitor and evaluate project progress, ensuring that projects are on track and meeting their objectives
- Perform data analysis to identify opportunities to optimize business processes and increase efficiency
- Identify risks and potential issues and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 3-4 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or a related field
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, develop solutions, and drive projects to completion
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and data to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies
- Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
