Job brief:
- Analyze requirements for feasibility with regards to implementation and work closely with the solution architect/technical architect on the framework, technology stack
- Developing project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
- Develop a detailed project plan, identify risks & dependencies.
- Track multiple project progress, to deliver on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Facilitate recurring communication upward and across project teams including project status, justifications for variances and technical information.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the abilities to analyze quantitatively, scope technical requirements and effectively prioritize program deliverables that are essential
- Manage aspirations of the team, provide feedback regularly on the performance and keep the team motivated & engaged.
Qualifications:
- Preferably a total of 7-8 years of domain experience.
- 3-5 years of technical lead experience.
- A good understanding of the wider objectives of the program/projects.
- Should be able to understand design and architectural concepts and contribute to design decisions and technical reviews.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Demonstrated experience in building project plans and project management aspects.
- Good technical understanding and foundation.
- Ability to take complete ownership of the project.
- Experience in team management.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to effectively communicate.
- Experience working with Agile delivery methods and collaboration tools.
- Experience in writing, reviewing, and finalizing Statement of Work
