Job brief

Tydy is looking for a passionate Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be expected to communicate with our customers over email, calls, and in-person meetings to understand their usage of our platform and improve utilization of all modules.

Our ideal candidates have excellent knowledge of analytics and the Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint. As the Account Manager, your goal is to ensure that accurate information on customer licenses, subscriptions, and usage is maintained in our records, and there is communication with the customer on both usage and growth opportunities.


Responsibilities

  • To be the main go-to person for our customers, build strong relationships to ensure an excellent customer-partner experience.
  • Keep track of all development activities and communicate regularly with the customer.
  • Keep accurate records, ensure timely billing, and contract renewals.
  • Create QBR reports from our data engine.
  • Upsell additional services/products to existing customers.


Requirements

  • MBA in Marketing, Sales or Operations
  • Work experience of 3 to 5 year in a account management role preferred
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English and Hindi required.
  • Must have excellent analytical and MS Excel skills
